So… Is Your Higher Self the Same as Source?

Not exactly. Think of it like this: Source is the origin —pure consciousness, God/Goddess/Divine Light, whatever you want to call it. It’s the everything-and-nothing energy from which all things come. Your Higher Self is your personal bridge to Source. It’s your soul in its purest form , untainted by fear, ego, or human distortion. Your Higher Self is you , just on the zoomed-out level —the version of you that remembers the full story, all lifetimes, all lessons, all missions. So: Source is the sun. Your Higher Self is the sunbeam that still holds its essence but is uniquely you . Is Your Higher Self Your Soul? Pretty much— but here's the nuance: Your soul is eternal. It’s the part of you that has lived countless lives. Your Higher Self is like the fully awakened version of your soul —the one not currently squeezed into a human body trying to pay bills and avoid family drama. When you're in human form, you're kind of like the tip of the i...

Exploring shamanic journeys, energy healing, quantum physics, etc.

Exploring these different modalities – shamanic journeys, energy healing, quantum physics, etc.
Here's a breakdown and some things to consider:

Energy as a Foundation: Many of these practices share a core belief in the existence and importance of energy.

Quantum Physics: Deals with the fundamental nature of reality, including energy and its interactions.

Reiki, Healing Energy: Focuses on channeling universal life force energy for healing.

Psychic Energy Healing: Involves working with subtle energies to address imbalances.

Chakra Healings: Focuses on balancing the flow of energy within the body's subtle energy centers.

Mind-Body Connection:

Shamanic Journeys: Can involve accessing altered states of consciousness, which can have profound effects on the mind and body.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques): As we discussed earlier, EFT addresses emotional and mental states through tapping on acupressure points, influencing the body's energy flow.

Intuitive Healing: Often involves a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.

Spiritual Growth:

Finding Your Light Codes: This concept suggests that we all have unique vibrational codes that can be accessed to unlock our full potential.

Spiritual Coaching: Many of these practices can be integrated into a spiritual coaching framework to support individual growth and transformation. Contact me at Artful Living Coaching for 1 on 1 private coaching.

Beyond the Surface: Exploring Powerful Healing Modalities

Psychic Healing: Focus: Utilizing extrasensory perception (ESP) for healing. This may involve clairvoyance (seeing), clairsentience (feeling), clairaudience (hearing), or other intuitive abilities to assess and address imbalances in an individual's energy field. Techniques: May include energy readings, intuitive guidance, and remote healing. Quantum Physics Healing: Focus: Applying principles of quantum physics, such as the interconnectedness of all things and the power of observation, to influence healing. Techniques: Intention setting, visualization, working with the energetic field, and harnessing the observer effect. Reiki Healing: Focus: Channeling universal life force energy through the practitioner's hands to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and healing. Techniques: Gentle hand placements on or above the recipient's body to facilitate the flow of Reiki energy. Chakra Cleansing: Focus: Clearing blockages and imbalances in the body's energy centers (chakras)...

Breaking the Chains: Healing Beyond Guilt, Fear & Religious Shame

For a long time, I lived in quiet confusion. I was a Christian—still am. I believe in God. I believe in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. And yet, the deeper I went on my healing journey, the more I started asking questions that didn’t fit into the version of faith I was raised in. They say, “Let go and let God.” They say, “Just trust. Just believe.” They say, “God will provide.” But what about when you’re suffering? When you don’t know where your next dollar is coming from? When you’re breaking down in your living room wondering if you’re being punished for doing something “wrong”? Where is God in the day-to-day pain? For most of my life, I believed that suffering was part of being faithful. That the guilt, fear, and shame were somehow holy burdens to carry. That if I just prayed harder, stayed obedient, trusted blindly, and never questioned God, maybe—just maybe—I’d be worthy of His favor. But no matter how faithful I was, I kept suffering. And deep down, I was terrif...

Hitting the Wall: When Your Energy Says “Enough”

After my stroke, I reached a point where I was physically and emotionally exhausted in a way that nothing else could explain. I was carrying dense, heavy energy — layers and layers of unresolved trauma, fear, guilt, and stagnant emotion that had accumulated over decades. At almost 60 years old, that energy wasn’t just psychological—it was in my body, in my biofield, in my meridians . And that energy overload wasn’t just tiring—it was blocking me from moving forward, healing, or even resting properly. But here’s the catch: most people never learn how to clear that stuff, how to gently release it without retraumatizing themselves, or how to restore balance when everything feels stuck. That’s the invisible trap. If you don’t clear it, it builds. It thickens. And eventually, it can stop you in your tracks. Why This Matters in the Healing Journey It’s a real experience—one that many people don’t talk about because it’s invisible and confusing. It’s a sign that healing is...
