  Not exactly. Think of it like this: Source is the origin —pure consciousness, God/Goddess/Divine Light, whatever you want to call it. It’s the everything-and-nothing energy from which all things come. Your Higher Self is your personal bridge to Source. It’s your soul in its purest form , untainted by fear, ego, or human distortion. Your Higher Self is you , just on the zoomed-out level —the version of you that remembers the full story, all lifetimes, all lessons, all missions. So: Source is the sun. Your Higher Self is the sunbeam that still holds its essence but is uniquely you . Is Your Higher Self Your Soul? Pretty much— but here's the nuance: Your soul is eternal. It’s the part of you that has lived countless lives. The Power of Love

On the way to the gym, I was thinking about how we can transform our world. It starts with us, and it starts with love.

Hatred, anger, and animosity are low-frequency energies. They weigh us down and keep us separate. But love, joy, and happiness? These are the highest frequencies we can express.

I want to look at a random person and tell them, "I love you. There is nothing you can do about it, because I love you unconditionally." I want everyone to know that I want the very best for them.

This isn't about being naive; it's about being powerful. It’s about raising our collective consciousness and the frequency of our communities. It's about showing each other love, offering forgiveness, and surrendering control over the things we can't change.

We have the power to transmute energy. So, when you have a less-than-positive encounter, visualize that negative energy being transformed. Send it down into the Earth and imagine it turning into love and light.

Instead of feeding negativity, let's consciously choose to transmute it. Let's surround ourselves with healing energy and trust that when we operate in love and light, we will receive exactly what we need.
