  Not exactly. Think of it like this: Source is the origin —pure consciousness, God/Goddess/Divine Light, whatever you want to call it. It’s the everything-and-nothing energy from which all things come. Your Higher Self is your personal bridge to Source. It’s your soul in its purest form , untainted by fear, ego, or human distortion. Your Higher Self is you , just on the zoomed-out level —the version of you that remembers the full story, all lifetimes, all lessons, all missions. So: Source is the sun. I’m not just another energy healer or coach — I’m a woman who’s lived through the fire. A stroke survivor. A truth-seeker. A rebel with a cause. And a woman with deep roots in transformation — for myself and for those who are ready to shift.

Lately, since I'm new to coaching and the healing arts, I wrestled with imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and that paralyzing voice that said, “You’re not ready. Learn more first. Don’t speak until you sound smart enough.”
But here’s the truth: Healing doesn’t wait for perfect. And neither does your soul.

I’ve walked through trauma, survived major life disruptions, and rebuilt not just my body — but my mind, energy, and purpose. I’ve studied modalities like NLP, hypnosis, Ho’oponopono, EFT, quantum healing principles, and the sacred power of meditation and geometry to help guide deep transformation. But I also bring something else — intuition, lived experience, and a no-BS presence that helps people feel safe to unravel, release, and rewire.

I work with women (and brave men too) who are done being stuck in loops of fear, procrastination, or self-doubt — people who are done waiting to feel worthy, healed, or “ready.”

Together, we shift energy. Clear what’s not yours. Reconnect to the soul. Reclaim your grit and your gifts.

  I had a dream about fractals. The weird thing is, I don’t really know what fractals are. I’ve heard the word before—maybe in something Dr. Joe Dispenza said, or in passing during a Gaia meditation where all these patterns kept morphing and changing—but that’s about it. I’ve never studied them, never thought about them deeply, and yet, in this dream, I kept pointing them out to someone. I was telling them they had to look at the fractals, like it was urgent. It stuck with me after I woke up. It felt important, but I didn’t know why.
