10 Months Later. Here's Where I Am

It's hard to believe it's been 10 months since my accident. It's been quite a journey. I went from the trauma unit to an acute care hospital, connected to more life support machines than I could count. One by one, I was able to come off each machine until I was finally discharged at the end of December. When I got home, I spent about a month in bed. I couldn't do much for myself and had to slowly rebuild my strength. I started going to the gym once a week, and after a couple of months I was finally able to get a caretaker who could take me two or three times a week. That's when I really started making progress. But recovery hasn't been a straight line. My amputated leg had complication after complication, and the wounds wouldn't heal for months. Even though I received my prosthetic leg on February 10, I couldn't safely wear it until the very end of April because the wounds wouldn't close. Just when I started walking with my prosthetic at the gym, I ...

The Law of Attraction: Manifesting Abundance Without the Overwhelm

The Law of Attraction is one of the most powerful universal principles, yet it’s often misunderstood, overcomplicated, or buried under layers of fluff. At its core, the Law of Attraction is simple: like attracts like. Your thoughts, emotions, and energy shape your reality. If you focus on abundance, positivity, and gratitude, you attract more of the same. If you dwell on negativity and lack, you unknowingly invite those experiences into your life.

As someone who recently became a certified Master Law of Attraction Coach, I’ve taken numerous courses covering everything from abundance and manifestation to attracting authentic relationships. And let me tell you—so much of the material out there is repetitive and unnecessarily complicated.

There’s no need for a 20-hour lecture per subject when the Law of Attraction really boils down to this:

Think it, feel it, align with it, and let it happen.

So, let’s cut through the noise and break this down in a way that’s practical, actionable, and easy to apply in your life.

The 12 Universal Laws Related to the Law of Attraction

While the Law of Attraction is one of the most well-known universal laws, it actually works alongside several other principles. These laws provide a broader understanding of how energy, thoughts, and actions influence our reality. Here are the most commonly discussed ones:

1. The Law of Thought

Everything begins with a thought. Your thoughts create your reality.

2. The Law of Correspondence

Your outer world reflects your inner world. If you want change, it starts within.

3. The Law of Vibration

Everything has a frequency. You attract what matches your energetic vibration.

4. The Law of Attraction

Like attracts like. Focus on abundance, and you’ll attract abundance. Focus on lack, and you’ll attract more of it.

5. The Law of Inspired Action

Manifestation requires action. Follow intuitive nudges and take steps toward your goals.

6. The Law of Perpetual Transmutation

Energy is always shifting. You have the power to transform your reality by shifting your thoughts and emotions.

7. The Law of Cause and Effect

Every action has a reaction. Your thoughts, feelings, and actions determine your outcomes.

8. The Law of Compensation

What you give, you receive. Generosity and gratitude create more abundance.

9. The Law of Relativity

Your experiences are shaped by perspective. Challenges help you grow.

10. The Law of Polarity

Everything has an opposite. Understanding contrast helps clarify what you truly want.

11. The Law of Rhythm

Life moves in cycles. Embrace the ebb and flow rather than resisting change.

12. The Law of Gender (or Giving & Receiving)

Balance is key. Manifestation requires both giving (taking action) and receiving (allowing it to happen).

The Reality Check: What the Law of Attraction Is and Isn’t

It’s important to approach the Law of Attraction with a balanced perspective. Here’s the truth:

  • Not Scientifically Proven – While quantum physics suggests thoughts influence reality, the Law of Attraction itself is a spiritual principle, not a scientifically proven law.

  • Personal Responsibility is Key – Your mindset plays a huge role, but you must also take responsibility for your actions and decisions.

  • Manifestation Requires Action – Thinking positively isn’t enough. You must align your thoughts with inspired action.

Now that we’ve got that straight, let’s dive into practical steps you can take to manifest abundance in a simple, no-fluff way.

7 Simple Steps to Manifest Anything

1. Get Clear on What You Want

Be specific. Instead of saying, “I want more money,” say, “I want to earn $10,000 a month doing what I love.”

2. Align Your Energy

Your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs must match your desires. Abundance is an energy—tap into it by feeling grateful, wealthy, and deserving NOW.

3. Act As If & Take Inspired Action

Live as if what you want is already on its way. Make choices that align with your goal. If you were already abundant, how would you think, act, and feel? Do that.

4. Remove Resistance

Doubt, fear, and limiting beliefs block manifestations. Shift your mindset by affirming: “Money flows to me easily.” If you catch yourself doubting, flip the thought immediately.

5. Let Go & Trust

You don’t need to control the how—just know it’s coming. Release desperation and trust that the universe is working behind the scenes. Stay open to unexpected opportunities.

6. Follow the Signs & Take Action

Synchronicities, ideas, and opportunities will appear. Act on them! Manifestation isn’t just thinking—it’s co-creating with the universe.

7. Stay in Gratitude & High Vibes

Gratitude speeds up manifestation. Appreciate what you have now, and you’ll attract more.

Final Thoughts: Keep It Simple & Stay Consistent

The Law of Attraction doesn’t have to be overwhelming. It’s about energy, belief, and action. The clearer you are, the more aligned you feel, and the more action you take, the faster you’ll manifest.

You’ve got this! Manifest that abundance and keep your vibes high. 🚀✨💰

Walking Through Fear While My Life Is Still Unstable

Walking Through Fear Anyway: When Survival Becomes a Daily Choice I’m at risk of losing my housing right now. That sentence alone feels surreal to write, but it’s my reality. I’ve already survived things most people only ever read about. A catastrophic accident. A medically induced coma. An amputation. Metal now holding parts of my body together—including my vertebrae, and my left leg from my knee to my ankle. I’m still learning what all of this means in real time, because even now, no one has fully explained every part of what happened to me. I also don’t remember the accident itself. Not because I’m avoiding it—but because my mind shut it out. The trauma was so severe, and my body was so critically compromised, that everything went into survival shutdown. I had kidney failure and heart failure. My body was shutting down, and my brain shut down with it. What I do remember is the day. I remember my thought process clearly in the beginning. I remember thinking I wasn’t in a...

I Didn’t Ask for This: My Journey After a Life-Changing Accident

I recently shared a post asking for support during a very difficult time in my life, and I received some comments calling me a "beggar" or accusing me of "money begging." I want to clarify something: I am not begging. I am asking for help while I try to survive an unexpected and life-altering situation. There is no obligation for anyone to donate. People are free to scroll past, say no, or simply wish me well. But it's incredibly hurtful when people judge a situation they haven't lived. I was in a catastrophic accident that was not my fault, and it permanently changed my life. I didn't ask to lose my leg. I didn't ask to spend four months in the hospital. I didn't ask for my body to be permanently altered, my car to be totaled, or my ability to work and support myself to be taken away. This didn't happen gradually or by choice. It happened in an instant, and it has taken away my health, my independence, and my ability to support myself in the...
